ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES
JUNE 26, 2003
7:00 P.M. Called meeting to order. Present: Ellen Abelson, Paula Keefe, Richard
Gorden and Mark Mazur
The Board reviewed and approved as amended the minutes to our June 17, 2003
meeting.
The Board reviewed again an application for abatement of a motor vehicle excise,
filed by R. Braccia. The Board denied his application.
The Board discussed three Appellate Tax Board cases that were heard earlier today.
The Board reviewed instructions for encumbering funds at the end of the fiscal year.
The Board reviewed a preliminary list of items we expect to encumber for fiscal year 2003.
The Board reviewed bids for a new server and related accessory items. The Board approved the purchase of a new server.
The Board signed a letter to the Appellate Tax Board changing a case from informal to formal procedure.
